Buddy your are a good man l know what you are doing its all good I'm a jack of all trades ,and I can no longer do roofs I had roof done by an old man that been doing good roofs as what I was told , he didn't put tart along the roof where water could come in I call him and told he said I should have him told him earlier but the thing is that here in Del Rio ,Tx it only rains once in while ,it took me three months to get fix after talking to a few friends. No more roofing with Louis Rosales Roofing of Del Rio Tx.

  3. I'm American born in the south (G.a) and this message is for all the racist people talking about foreigners making us a bad country. The only reason we are thriving today is because of them most of them are labor working people i understand that but there is a lot i mean a lot of them under the genius visa amd that visa alone is what is keeping us number one. In a few years you will see the rise of other countries and the fall of our own when they all leave and we the United States one of the least educated countries will fall. The labor Crew keeps our economy stable.

  5. As an industrial roofer that owns my own company I'm glad their are still people out there who do a repair correctly. Most people would throw some roofing cement on it and call it a day or just throw a pile of 911 emergency leak stopper on it and charge 300-400 dollars.

  14. Always spray the Tar Patch with spay paint that matches the roof color, this will reflect the sun and help make the patch last longer, Black is a color that gets very hot……

  15. Just get a rubber roof. That roof he is working on is garbage band new. Just burn a piece rubberoid roofing membrane over the crack is best and the cracks will never return. GAF roofing material.

  16. I also disagree with your comment about kicking a roofer out of your house if he has less than eight years of experience. Firstly, anyone can say that they have more than ten years in the roofing business, for example like you. There are other ways of protecting the consumer other than hurting your fellow colleagues. You lost credibility when you began to go negative on everyone (I.e. other roofers, home depot, and even your wife when you blamed her about the brush 'she supposedly bought that you found in the garage when you know good and well you purchased that brush from home depot just like those gloves). Although the advice you gave may be correct, however I'm am now somewhat skeptical of anything that you say. I suggest you do another video but without your negative and unsubstantiated comments.

Eric the yellow fiber mesh is not a membrane, A membrane would be water proof like a balloon is a membrane and you are so right with the younger guys they are just like a used car salesman all the way up until its time for them to come back a fix their crappy work and they don't answer their phone because they learned from some older dude who did the same shit age doesn't matter having pride does I don't recommend using the wrong patch material just because it will work for awhile so not being mean I think you should remake this or take it down! cal it a temp fix and tell them to start checking for cracks before rainy season because when a roof starts to fail the whole thing is probably going Roll roofing is used on flatter roofs so seam failure is more relevant. Debris capture dirt it builds up and starts rotting away.
