  2. the country I live in doesn't have any colleges that are accredited by CIDA (council of interior designers association)do you think getting a degree that is not accredited by CIDA would be problematic in terms of getting a job?

  3. I liked your video so much.. I am studying the 3rd year of Architecture and Urbanism, I got a full scolarship for it. Now, as you described the Interior Design course, I can see that it is not that different from archit.. How long is your course? I mean how many years do you have to study Interior Design? My course has five years of studying. Thanks. 🙂

  7. I'm a grade 12 students, I know that math and physics are not my strong strength, and I do like using computer as my tools, I took grade 10 wood working and drafting, after all I really like that. Nowadays lots of my friends are talking about going to study for business, but I know that math is not my strength. But I do like to design:-) so wish me all good luck:-)

  8. I am sitting here watching your video and relate to every single part of it! I'm like "omg me tooo me too me too" haha 😂
In high school I took all physics and math to get into architecture school. Math wasn't why thing so I researched and found interior design under engineering category. More research and fell in love with it. Now I am certified interior designer going to my second year diploma. I have to submit a portfolio but I don't know how to start one. I'm very picky 😥

  9. I have a quick question about your experience in real field. I have a fine art degree but wish to get into interior design. Do I have to take additional courses/degree/certification to get into interior design field or can I just jump in and learn from real world?

  10. Hi I'm curious what you would recommend. I'm researching in possibly getting a masters in Interior Design, business admin, or concrete management. Right now I'm a junior in college working on my bachelors in construction management. I originally started out as a freshman for interior design 7 years ago then joined the Military for 4 years, and came back to school switching my major to CM. I love the design portion of it all, but I'm scared I won't benefit with a degree in  interior design after getting a bachelors in CM. What do you think?
